At The OBC Wine Project, we're crafting wines that satisfy an independent spirit and bold curiosity. Grapes are harvested from family-owned vineyards and then we crush, ferment, cellar and package right here in Fort Collins, Colorado. Our White Blend is fresh, soft and balanced, with bright and complex aromas of ripe grapefruit, honeydew melon, stone fruit and pear, all balanced by a refreshing acidity. This wine is a blend of Pinot Gris (96%), Gruner Veltliner (3%), and Chardonnay (1%) and was awarded a gold medal at the Denver International Wine Competition in 2023 and a silver medal at the Colorado Governor's Cup Competition in 2023.
