Put dinner on the table fast and easy with this Uncured Smoked Honey Half Ham from Good & Gather™. This hickory smoked uncured honey ham is fully cooked and includes a glaze packet so all you have to do is heat and serve. Delicious as a standalone entrée, you can also use a few slices to make standout sandwiches.<br /><br /><b>Directions</b><br />Tip from Our Experts: Our spiral-sliced ham is fully cooked and ready to serve. It can be served directly from the refrigerator. Or, heat and glaze as directed. <br /><br />Heating Directions<br />1. Heat oven to 275F. Remove all wrapping from ham, including plastic disk on the cut side of ham. Place ham on a large sheet of foil, cut side down. Wrap foil up and around ham to cover. Place in a roasting pan.<br />2. Heat 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until heated through. (Estimate 10 to 12 minutes per pound.) Roll back foil, then carefully turn ham on its side. Spoon or brush juices from base of foil on ham. <br /><br />Glazing Directions<br />1. After ham is heated, increase oven temperature to 425F.<br />2. Mix contents of glaze packet and 2 Tbsp. hot water in a small bowl.<br />3. Brush glaze over ham and between slices, then return uncovered to oven for 8 minutes until glazed. <br /><br />Carving Directions<br />Cut around center bone with knife to free as many slices from the bone as desired. Cut along the natural seams of the ham to remove meat in sections. Separate into slices; place on serving plate. StorageRefrigerate leftovers immediately in a tightly wrapped or sealed container.
