Brush fillet with olive oil, season as desired and place, skin-side down, on baking pan. 3. Bake 20 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Air Fryer 1. Preheat air fryer to 400F according to manufacturer’s instructions. 2. Spray or brush basket with olive oil, season fillet as desired and place, skin-side down, in basket. 3. Air-fry 12 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145°F as measured by a food thermometer. Appliances and fillet thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
