Description

President Le Blue is made in the mountainous Auvergne region of France. It's a modern blue-veined pateurized cow's mik cheese with a very soft texture and mellow in mouth. The Blue has inherited his flavor from the rich volcanic soil of the Auvergne mountain range, giving it a robust, spicy and somewhat nutty taste.
