Owney’s Original Rum is made using just three high quality ingredients: all natural, sugar cane molasses from Florida and Louisiana; a proprietary yeast strain; and filtered NY water. Flavors of Banana, Cane, Smoke, and Earth. With careful attention to detail during a long, cold fermentation and a low rectification distillation in small batches on a pot-column hybrid still, Owney’s Original is the perfect display of natural flavor through high ester content development and contains no additives.
