Modest Coffee Roasters takes the guesswork out of single-origin coffee with our carefully curated coffee tiers. We regularly change coffee farms and regions within our tiers based on flavor notes, roast level, and seasonality. The Enthusiast tier features a wide variety of coffees from around the world with unique and interesting flavor profiles. Roasted at a medium-light level and great brewed as a drip coffee or a pour-over. The Enthusiast was created for those that have a palate and appreciation for specialty coffees. We roast our beans to preserve and compliment the flavors of origin. There will always be a bit of variety in our roasts in our continuing attempt to express the best that each bean has to offer.
