Mochi Waffle Mix, Banana, Bag 8 OZ. 1-1/2 cups Maffle Mix; 1/2 cup milk; 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 1 large egg; powdered or granulated sugar. Combine all ingredients and mix for 1 minute. Take an ice cream scoop or tablespoon and take enough dough to make a small ball. Roll the ball in sugar to coat the outside. Drop the ball into the center of the waffle maker and press down the lid. Cook for about 1 minute or until the Maffle is crispy brown. You can serve with any topping you desire or have it plain. Great for breakfast or as a dessert.
