So when you sip with us, your vino is delicious to the last drop. <br /><br />TASTING NOTES: Mai Vino Pinot Noir is a light, peppery red that wins you over with its subtleties. This Pinot Noir is hand-harvested and soaked with its stems for five days. After the soak, we let the magic happen. The grapes ferment in concrete tanks and then aged in French neutral oak for nine months.
