Mackays was founded in Scotland in 1938 to create famous Dundee marmalades and similar products. The Fig Preserve is a great product to combine with a cheese board, for it compliments brie or camembert well, or similar strong cheeses. All Mackays products are handmade with traditional copper pans and are vegetarian-friendly, gluten-free, Non-GMO, and with no added colors or flavors.
