This Frozen Riced Cauliflower from Good & Gather™ is a perfect, vegetable-forward pick for quick and easy weeknight dinners. This family-sized 40-ounce bag features plain riced cauliflower, without sauce or seasoning and has no artificial flavors or preservatives. Great as a side dish, you can also add ground meat, plant-based meat alternatives, tofu and more to make a tasty main course. <br /><br /><b>Directions</b><br />Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.<br /><br />Microwave<br />1. Pour desired amount of riced cauliflower into microwave-safe dish.<br />2. Cover and microwave on HIGH as directed below or until hot.** <br />3. Season to taste.<br /><br />- 4 1/2 cups for 6 minutes; stir; microwave 3 to 4 minutes longer.<br />- 3 cups for 4 minutes; stir; microwave 2 to 3 minutes longer.<br />- 1 1/2 cups for 2 minutes; stir; microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer.<br />- 3/4 cup for 1 1/2 minutes; stir; microwave 1 minute longer.<br /><br />**Directions developed for 1100 watt microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens of lower watts will require additional time.<br /><br />Stovetop<br />1. Pour desired amount of riced cauliflower into large nonstick skillet. <br />2. Cook and stir over MEDIUM heat as directed below until hot throughout. <br />3. Season to taste.Cook 4 1/2 cups rice for 8 minutes. Cook 3 cups for 5 to 7 minutes. Cook 1 1/2 cups for 4 minutes.
