Description

Green cabbage is a winter vegetable and one of several cabbage varieties. It has wide fan-like leaves that can be slightly rubbery when raw, but take on a sweeter taste once cooked. Green cabbage can be mixed with other cabbages and ingredients to make tasty coleslaws, or cooked in stir-frys. Cabbage is high in vitamin C and K.
