Description

These great tasting Cucumbers are a crisp and juicy vegetable. They come in three varieties - slicing, pickling and burpless/seedless. These slicing cucumbers are good raw for snacks anytime, or chopped and tossed in a salad with a favorite vinaigrette. They have some small amounts of vitamins (vitamin K and A) but their main allure is their high-water content, making them a very hydrating vegetable.
