Fetzer Gewurztraminer is crafted in an off-dry style, offering a subtle sweetness balanced by crisp acidity and vibrant varietal character. On the palate, a delicate sweetness offsets richly nuanced notes of cobbler peaches, orange zest and pineapple upside-down cake, a medley framed by subtly savory notes of caramelized apples, cashew nuts and pastry. Grapes from this expressive aromatic variety were whole cluster-pressed, then fermented and raised in 100% stainless steel with partial lees contact, to enhance mouthfeel. 12% ABV, 750ml Glass Bottle, 5-150ml Servings
