Brad’s Organic Pure Turbinado Sugar is a raw cane sugar, certified 100% organic, unrefined, and extracted from the first pressing of the cane. The centrifugation process (or “turbine”) removes excess moisture and some of the molasses, resulting in its characteristic large crystals and light golden color. Texture and flavor: Larger crystals than traditional brown sugar, with a light golden hue. Flavor has subtle molasses notes and a sweet touch similar to honey, without the intensity of brown sugar. Certified organic, non-GMO, vegan, kosher, and free from dairy, nuts, gluten, and cholesterol.
