Aviana (pronounced AHH-veee-on-uhh) Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant, smooth, and delicious wine from France. Cabernet Sauvignon is the world’s most popular red wine grape. It was the natural cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc in France (during the 17th century). Grapes from Aviana are primarily grown in the southern regions reflecting a lovely fruit forward style and soft tannins. <br /><br />This medium-full bodied wine is incredibly smooth and elegant. Red fruit notes of currant, ripe cherry, and strawberry melt seamlessly into dark chocolate, white pepper, and mocha. The finish feels satin-lined and is lengthy and balanced with lingering hints of licorice and tobacco.
