Coriander has a long history of cultivation and use in cuisines throughout the world. While the leaves and seeds are most often used in cooking, it is the oil that we have discovered has an altogether distinct taste. Sesame has its own history, from the hanging gardens of Babylon to enthusiastic cultivation by Thomas Jefferson at Monticello. We have united these two oils, both with vitamin-rich and antibacterial properties, in this Coriander Sesame Seed Oil. While heat processing can cause cooking oil to lose flavor, ours is cold-pressed from non-GMO seeds and achieves a beautifully balanced blend of the coriander and sesame flavors.
