Preheat oven to 375°F.2. Arrange frozen chicken tenderloins on rimmed baking pan (line with foil for easy cleanup). Season as desired.3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. (Bake thawed chicken 18 to 22 minutes.)Stovetop 1. Add desired amount of chicken tenderloins, 1 Tbsp. oil and 2 Tbsp. chicken broth or water to a large, cold skillet. 2. Cover and cook on MEDIUM-HIGH heat for 14 to 16 minutes or until cooked through, turning over occasionally. (Cook thawed chicken 8 to 10 minutes.)For breading or marinating frozen chicken - Remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute. For food safety, bake to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
