With this 2.5lb bag of chicken breast with rib meat, you'll be ready cook up stir fry, enchiladas, casseroles and more for yourself and your family.<br />*Contains no artificial ingredients & only minimally processed.**Federal Regulations prohibit the use of added hormones or steroids in chicken.<br /><br />Directions<br />Chicken needs to be fully cooked.<br />Oven<br />1. Preheat oven to 425°F.<br />2. Arrange frozen chicken breasts on rimmed baking pan (line with foil for easy cleanup). Season as desired.<br />3. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. (Bake thawed chicken 40 to 45 minutes.)<br />Stovetop<br />1. Preheat a large skillet over MEDIUM heat. Add 1 Tbsp. oil if desired.<br />2. Arrange desired number of frozen chicken breasts in skillet. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.<br />3. Turn chicken over, re-cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through.<br /><br />For breading or marinating frozen chicken - Remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute. For food safety, bake to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
