Made with fresh napa cabbage, Korean chili peppers, carrots, green onion, ginger, and garlic, we handcut the vegetables before packing them in the jar to ferment. Our Kimchi is packed fresh, creating a unique experience which allows you to control the length of fermentation. Enjoy Seoul Kimchi as soon as you get it home, or allow to ferment longer for a bolder flavor. Naturally probiotic and delicious as a side salad or added into any meal!
